Congrats! It’s such a great truck. Did you need the spacers to fit the 295’s on? Do you think they would rub if you didn’t? I have a Black Pro and was thinking about going up in tire size as well. Thanks!

Thanks! I love it. No, you will not need the spacers to fit these tires. You would likely be good with just removing the safety bracket in the front wheel well. I added the spacers just for a little extra boost.

Nice! Thanks for the quick reply. How the ride now compared to stock? Have you changed up the setting on the fox shocks at all?

The ride is exactly the same as before. No change at all.
I haven’t played with the shock settings though, still on the softest setting.

That’s great to hear! I’ve been driving around on the second setting and have been liking it. I'm up in Montana and the roads aren’t all that great, so 2 seems to work well. Have fun with yours! It might be the best truck I’ve had.

Congrats I’m almost a month into owning mine. I will be stepping up in tire size and ordered my Volk rims last night. Will follow you accordingly with your spacers. So far added ceramic as well and the red line hood struts, matte screen protector and many other miscellaneous goodies from sticker fab and a couple other vendors. Love the underground but this color i see every iota of dust. I am constantly eye fucking it. Is that a scratch or dirt or fingerprints? This is my first 4runner so I’m glad for you to say it’s next level as I feel that way as well.

I am in Hampton Roads. Gilmore Detailing did the coating as he has done for all of my vehicles. He is probably the best applicator on the East Coast.
cost vary from each package but this top tier will run $1000 for paint correction and a 2 step coating. It’s the whole vehicle.

Cory, your truck looks amazing congratulations brother. Couple questions, was a 1” spacer lift enough? On the driver’s side photo the front fender looks like it’s almost touching your tire. Just wonder if you have had any rubbing up front at full lock or on dips and bumps at speed? I am thinking about stepping up to a 285/70R18 (34’’) on the factory 18’’ rims so I can leave the suspension alone for now. Your thoughts whether this tire size will fit on the TRD PRO with no issues based on your current setup?
Also your Factory TRD Running boards look very good on the PRO. Any plans on replacing them for some aftermarket rock sliders? I assuming they came on your truck from the port. Just looking for your opinion if they are working for you and if you are satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately my Toyota Dealership wants between $1,300 and $1,600 installed for those same ones based on me keeping both add on’s they are making me pay for (pulse brake lighting & ceramic coating). At those prices you can get a legit set of frame mounted Rock Sliders from an American made company.

I have the same ones I can say those they are not worth over 1000 bucks. I paid 950 from dealer but I literally have seen some people on here paid 550 for them.

Photos are deceiving. There is a ton of clearance. The 1in lift really wasn’t nessesary.
