SR5. 234 miles on the truck. Todays test was about 80 miles, in town, slow speed stop and start. Then Interstate and 15 miles up a large grade. More in city traffic, then 10 mile detour up a small mountain. Lastly, returning back with 30 minutes of stop start traffic. Average at 22.7.

On the interstate, It got up to 24.5 at 75mph.

Good break-in driving IMHO, uphils, down hills off throttle, slow speed in city. No crazy redlining the rpm’s.

TRD Sport with about 600 miles. 87 octane. On the highway I get 25.5mpg keeping it between 65-70mph. Drops quickly over 70. Will go up over 26mpg if I keep it at or below 65mph.

The last 1000 miles have been mostly city driving, I'm averaging 20-21 mpg using normal mode. I've got bigger tires than stock, so I have to do a little calculation but I've only seen a small penalty switching from the tiny highway tires to an AT. Based on shorter highway trips it seems likely that I should get an extra 4-5 mpg if I was on a mostly highway cycle or a long trip.

Humble request to get some folks to use fuelly to track your MPG so that the 2025 will finally show up on there. Right now there's no 2025 and I assume its just lacking data.

How's everyone's MPG stats looking lately?
We are at 22.6 MPG. Only have 800 ish miles. Mostly lettered state roads speed limit 55 and hilly in Missouri. Some numbered 55 MPH highways. Changed oil at 500 miles.

Still averaging 19.3 mpg in mostly city. After lifting it and going up in tires size I’m happy with that

I know from detailed testing on a prior vehicle, hilly terrain really impacts MPG. with data from this thread, I seem to summarize that MPG can be 17 - 26. Quite a spread. We as humans are the biggest variable in that second to terrain, tires, mods, weather. If you add towing into the mix, you might get closer to single digits.

As I am now officially old, I am chasing the 26MPG but would be happy with a 23-24 average.

I have noticed over the years with all the vehicles I have lifted, that aerodynamics had the biggest impact. The tires alone didn’t impact as much but the lift created so much drag and brought the mpg down much more

I agree. I lumped mods into my “human facto” but failed to point it out. (previous Keep Wrangler owner here).
