I was told on 04/03/2025 that they had just received their allocation, and I am next on the reservation list.
With the 25% Tariff possibly in affect I was wondering if this vehicle has already been built and scheduled for shipment or what. Not sure how it all works and if somehow there would be a way that I could avoid the 25% price hike. If this one is getting hit with the tariff, I am passing.

I could not find it on the allocation spreadsheets. Newark Toyota does not have a Pro even listed on the sheet. I'm in Milford area and decided early on to cross state lines to get what I wanted. Now I will be crossing several state lines, hopefully real soon. Most Delaware dealers are annoying to work with, some are exceptionally shady to boot.

At this point I will have to trust my saleman and see how it all plays out. Hopefully he will keep me updated on its progress along the way and soon I will have a build date, shipping date and arrival date.

You can remove the accessories as long it's not on its way to the dealer. If it's in the port your good. Ask ahead of time though

I was told (I called 2 dealers and got the same answer) that once the ship hits port, the paperwork is frozen and no PIO changes are allowed. They have no process to make any configuration adjustments after that.

Having said that, something like a cable package, which is just a plastic bag with wildly overpriced cables in it, might be an exception that the dealer can make an allowance for it in your final paperwork. I'd think the same might hold for those overpriced connected service contract extensions too.
