I’m looking to upgrade my sr5 wheels but I’m not really finding anything with a +55 offset. I’m not a fan of the poke look plus I don’t want to spray a bunch of road debris down the side of my 4Runner.

There are lots of +25 options and method 703s have a +35 option. I like the Tundra TRD pro wheels but those are ridiculously expensive and only come in 18inch which really limits tire choice.

has anyone found anything else?

Any other OEM designs you like? The nice thing is being able to fit pretty much any TNGA-F, tons of potential options. There was a recent thread about Taco Prerunner, pics of GX Overtrail wheels on 4R, other Tundra trim wheels on 4G Tacos over on their forum, etc.

But yeah, I think you'll find that to be the case about aftermarket wheels on pretty much any SUV or truck. Current Toyotas have it bad since stock offset is so high (50+mm). "Normal" consensus seems to be that poke is good so all the aftermarket is geared towards that, and us that don't really like poke are relegated to OE

you wont see any aftermarket wheels with anything close to a oem offset. aftermarket wheels cater to the majority of the market. its easier to cater to 70-80% of fitments at +18/25/35 than it is to cater to a niche offset of +58

its just smart business sense. do i want to sell what i make 80% of the time or do i wait for someone to buy my weird offset maybe 10-20% of the time.

see how long you stay in business catering to that 10-20% customer.

FN Wheels is currently developing a flow formed 17x8.5 wheel for Tacos/Tundras/4Runners. Last I talked to them, they are targeting a +42 offset, so it should sit inside the fenders by a little. They should be out in a month or two.
